Decent BBQ. I really wanted some ribs from here and they only serve them on Friday. Brisket was a tad dry. The sausage is solid though

Visited while working in nearby Knox City. Got the brisket, sausage, and pork loin. All three solid, nothing spectacular. BBQ sauce was really good; ended up dunking all my meat in it. Pineapple pudding was very nice. Worth a stop only if you're nearby.

Had the sliced brisket and German sausage. They were out of ribs. Nice smoke flavor on the brisket. Brisket was a little dry. Sausage had a good texture. Bought some bbq sauce to take home. Very nice people. Don't make a special trip but if you happen to be going through, might as well stop.

Ate here this week, always a treat. Cowboy slaw was good as usual. Always make a plan to stop by, you will not be disappointed.

A BBQ oasis in the middle of desert ranch land. Good food, friendly people. Do not drive out of your way but a "must stop" if you are passing through. Be sure to get the cowboy slaw with your order and don't be scared to try anything on the menu. Sauce has a great sweet flavor.

I really enjoyed this place it reminds me of the 183 Flat Country Store, sausage was the best of ribs, and brisket.

Good brisket but no ribs the day we visited. Sausage was decent, but the brisket was clearly the best. The biggest issue we had during our visit was a massive fly infestation. It was distracting.

Love these guys!! Sorry they dropped off the list this time. Their brisket is juicy and tender--great smokey flavor with a perfect rind. Yum!!!

The meats at this convenience store with but three tables were so pleasingly smoky we were shocked to learn the pit burns propane. TC’s only sells meat by the pound and sandwiches. Of the eight meats, seventeen-and-a-half-hour brisket and piquant beef-pork hot links were the stars. Beans and slaw are made in-house. Dark, medium-thick sauce had a vinegary nip. Fresh desserts too.
