Three meat combo ribs were good sausage wasn't warm and casing was impossible to chew brisket was devoid of salt or pepper green beans and au gratin potatoes were good not the best BBQ but was decent

Loaded potato and a bolo sandwich potato was great as usual and bolo was knock out the park fantastic great quality and smoke on Texas toast with a touch of sauce it was perfection !

Got the fatty brisket, ribs, and a sausage link - was not disappointed. Not as much kick as advertised. Sides were meh. Great Q in small town environment.

For a small joint, there are plenty of cooks in this kitchen. Daniel Wright is the pitmaster, his wife Stefania Trimboli-Wright is the chef, her sous chef is Roque Luis Peña, and they even have a pastry chef – Drew Mann.
