Got brisket plate with firecracker corn and spicy slaw. I was served lean brisket which was quite good. Not dry. Pulls apart easy but should have asked for moist as well just to try. Good pepper and slight smoke flavor. Bbq sauce is spot on. A bit pepper bit sweet and they add a mustard to it to give it a 3rd dimension. For sides the slaw was very good with a spicy mayo. Firecracker corn seemed to be ranch dressing based but good none the less. Solid visit
