Pork ribs are the main attraction here and rightly so. Great bang for your buck as tons of meat and less bone; always a good thing. Brisket was good; sides solid. Friendly service and definitely a must visit spot in Houston.

There’s a trailer in East Austin that is creating a new target for what it means to be a complete barbecue joint. Micklethwait Craft Meats not only serves great smoked meats, they also bake their own bread and desserts, all the sides and sauce are homemade, and they start with dry beans from a sack rather than from a can.
