Be prepared to wait for about an hour after you place your order. Average brisket...not very tender and little smoke flavor. Links were ok , the sauce was best part. Overall not worth the trip

Got there at opening and the line was twenty deep so that was a good omen. Ordered the sliced beef and pork ribs. Sliced beef was good; tender with nice crust. Would've preferred if sauce was optional but a minor complaint. Ribs were way on the short side but also tender and was able to work it off the bone nicely. Potato salad was solid; will definitely have to give Da Jasper a shot next time. Don't let looks fool you; this shack delivers.

Great moistness on both brisket and ribs, lacking some smoke flavor but overall great. I will be back again! Very affordable as well, which is a rarity for good BBQ!

Had lunch there yesterday, 3-16-14 it didn't meet my expectations. After reading BBQ SNOB review I thought the brisket sandwich would be excellent. It was tough and liked that smoke ring or taste. They drowned it in sauce to mask the shortcoming. Potato salad was sweet pickles in mashed potatoes. Disappointed to say the least. Probably won't be back.

They were out of ribs (I was there by 11:15) but the sliced brisket, links and pulled pork were top notch. Already planning a return to get some ribs.
