Ribs were decent sausage hadn't see smoke and brisket was ok but had been wrapped more like a good roast cheese corn was great and so were beans

Ribs were very big and palatable a solid 9, brisket was marginal, sausage was boring.

Plenty of food!! Ribs are great, brisket was a little on the dry side. Sausage had a heavy pork flavor that I liked but may not be for everyone!

We loved it. Brisket nachos, brisket tacos, brisket on the burger... Creative menu, gigantic portions, friendly staff, awesome atmosphere, and great food. Will most definitely be back!

Finding a road trip stop with real character always feels like an accomplishment. Highway exits are so often populated with nothing but mini marts and golden arches, it’s hard to find something unique. That’s a quality you’ll certainly find at the Loco Coyote Grill, and long as you see the sign.
