Wow - Kerlin is great. For me it, Kerlin belongs to the top tier along with Franklin, La Barbecue and Micklethwait. The brisket is delicious and incredibly tender. The ribs and sides were great. The potato salad has lots dill which really works. The roasted corn with chipotle butter and lime is another highlight. Again Kerlin's is fantastic.

I went here Friday, April 1 and this was a home run!! I have been here before and liked it, the only thing disappointing was that soon the lines will be long. I ordered the moist brisket and it had a fantastic bark and just the right tug before the meat came apart! It was so tender and flavorful. I ordered the pork shoulder figuring it was a slice of pork and I was a bit disappointed when I realized it was pulled pork. That was until I tasted it!! Unbelievable!! It was delicious, great taste and texture. I am not a fan of pulled pork but this will change my mind. I ordered the blue cheese coleslaw and it was amazing ! Has to be one of the great sides around. Overall this place is right with the big boys of BBQ!!!

They were looking for a change of pace from Arizona and…
