Ordered fatty brisket and Cole slaw plate. Brisket was pretty good but I had issues. 1). Counted burnt ends as fatty(moist) brisket. So not my cup of tea. Then they gave what looked like lean on plate as well. Good smoke ring but was a bit dry. Tasty but dry. Cole slaw was great. Crispy and spicy.

Brisket, sausage, beets, and pudding are FABULOUS. Sides aren't great. Good atmosphere. One of the top spots in ATX for sure.
