6 meats, and none of them were good. It was just sad.

Great BBQ atmosphere. BBQ is ok. Ribs ok and bread pudding is ok. When in Athens, I would stick to Ribmasters.

Sliced beef and scallop potatoes. Pretty good.

Had the sampler plate. Ribs and Brisket were good but lacked smoke flavor. Slaw and beans were average.

Portions were big. Hog wing unique, and pretty good. Brisket was bland no ring.

Hog wings were perfection but skip the Sweet and Sour sauce!

The hog wings were good though I wouldn't like them except occasionally. The rest was spare. Fatty sausage. Dry tasteless brisket. Pulled pork blah and dull. Turkey ok. Sauce bad Won't go back.

Though the usual fare can be found at Bill and Patty Flowers’s joint, it would be a barbecue sin not to sample their famous hog wings. The delectable hickory-smoked wing—actually a pork shank—looked like a juicy meat lollipop. Instead of dipping this treat in the unremarkable barbecue sauce, try the sweet, hot Mae Ploy chile sauce, traditionally served with Thai barbecue.
