Beef ribs are way to go! Sliced brisket was great... Maybe a little over seasoned for my liking. BBQ sauce is no good. Stay away from chopped beef

Sausage was excellent. Crisp casing then bursting with greasy flavor! Brisket was tender with a nice bark (a lot of salt and pepper in bark). Didn't try sides, but que alone is worth the stop.

On his 1994 album Gringo Honeymoon, Texas singer/songwriter Robert Earl Keen recorded a song entitled “Barbeque.” It has become the anthem for many of my smoked meat adventures along with most every other REK song.
