Corkscrew - Spring This is another quintessential barbecue joint with two shacks, some covered tables, the big stack of wood, and a huge honkin' smoker in the screened in room. Loved it at first sight. Chris says the pulled pork is the best anywhere, but they were out. Disappointing, but guarantees the necessity of a return trip. The ribs are perfectly cooked with a sweet but red pepper glaze that makes them awesome. Nice and tender, but with a bit of chew and cling to the bone, just like I like it. The moist brisket was terrific as well. Perfectly tender with great flavor. Lots of good smoke flavor to go with a little bit of saltiness. The flavor should up throughout the entire slice, which was thick and juicy. Overall I am very impressed. Gets a A from me!

Ate there earlier today and even checked in earlier but forgot to give it stars. It's hard for me to give it anything under 5. Everything was awesome, especially the building it resides in!

Excellent BBQ. INCREDIBLE moist brisket and the homemade sausage is ridiculously good.

This place is not at all what it should've they were out of regulr sausage the clod was devoid of salt or pepper as was the turkey Mac n cheese was good as was snores bread pudding the rest wasn't worth the trip and Angelo's and Longorias and the sausage shoppe in ft worth are better hell Sammie's is better than this

Really good bark and rendered fat on moist brisket, cherry glazed baby backs were excellent. Bacon-wrapped jalapeños surprisingly smoky; all sides and three different sauces were unique and solid. Nice laid-back atmosphere, great place for families too

For weeks 4-T’s Bar-B-Q courted me via Twitter. They would regularly send out photos of their brisket or of the Friday-only burnt ends. All of this was with the intent of getting me to drive the twenty minutes east of Dallas to try their barbecue in Forney. When I finally made the short trek, I popped in quickly for a to-go order. That’s when I got sauced. Listen, I get that many people love barbecue…
