A Smokin’ Hot Night

Guests took a deep dive into the world of Q at the TMBBQ Behind the Pit Dinner held on August 13 at Pecan Lodge in Dallas. Fans enjoyed delicious ‘cue, ice cold Shiner Beers, and a behind-the-scenes guided tour of the pit room. Texas Monthly Barbecue Editor Daniel Vaughn was on hand to host a Q&A session with Diane and Justin Fourton, who shared secrets of the trade.
