Fort Worth’s culinary leaders joined forces to create an evening of fire and smoke. Hosted by Barbecue Editor Daniel Vaughn, Texas Monthly paired host chef Marcus Paslay of Clay Pigeon Food + Drink with Travis Heim, Pitmaster of Heim Barbecue for a unique dining experience paired with fine wines and hand-crafted cocktails.
